Sports Medicine Podiatrist
Darren completed his podiatry training at the University of Galway and has since graduated with an MSc in Sports and Exercise Medicine from Ulster University. He is also nearing completion of his Postgraduate Certificate in Diagnostic MSK Ultrasound at Brunel University London. This advanced training supports his growing expertise in musculoskeletal ultrasound scanning and injection therapy.
With a strong background in hurling and athletics, Darren is passionate about helping individuals return to activity pain-free and achieve their performance goals. He brings a patient-centred, evidence-based approach to assessment, diagnosis, and rehabilitation.
Outside the clinic, Darren enjoys golf and continually working on improving his swing.
