Ingrown toenail

At Feet First Podiatry, we specialise in the latest techniques for treating ingrown toenails, ensuring you receive the highest level of care. Our approach offers three tailored solutions to meet your needs.

Minor Cases

For minor cases, we can gently trim the nail or apply a nail brace to help correct the curvature as it grows.

Quick Fix

If you're experiencing significant pain or infection, our quick fix option uses local anaesthesia for a comfortable, pain-free experience—though it’s important to note that this is not a permanent solution.

Permanent Solution

For those struggling with recurring issues or infections, we recommend our straightforward ingrown nail surgery, which effectively resolves the problem.

This procedure involves numbing the toe, removing part of the nail (or the whole nail), applying phenol to the problematic section of nail bed to prevent regrowth.

At Feet First Podiatry, we prioritise the well-being of our patients above all else. During your initial visit, we will carefully evaluate the severity of your condition and discuss the available treatment options with you, ensuring that all your questions are addressed. Our dedicated team takes great care to thoroughly assess your suitability for each treatment method, allowing us to tailor our approach to your specific needs. To facilitate this process, we kindly ask that you complete any intake forms in full. Your comfort and health are our top priorities, and we look forward to helping you achieve relief from your ingrown toenails.
